No Money Down!

We book about a year in advance. Email us to get put on our Reservations Request Email list!

Blog post author and coordinator Anne Hill is ready and waiting for your call or email!

So, you are interested in booking a MarineLab program but aren’t sure how to go about it?  The first thing to do is to think about the following:

The number of students you will likely be bringing.  We book reservations based upon how many boats your group will need.  One boat accommodates 7 – 9 students plus 1 free adult chaperone.  For example, a group with 35 students will need 4 boats and 4 chaperones.

Your preferred dates.  This can be as specific as “March 23 – 25” or more generalized such as “a weekend in May” or “anytime in the fall” and we will respond with a list of available dates.  You can also let us know any days that are a definite no for your group, like the week of spring break, weekends, or your testing dates.

The MarineLab program you are interested in, such as the 3-day/2-night program.  Not sure?  Check out our program page to see sample itineraries and current pricing for all the different options.

The best thing about making a MarineLab reservation is that no deposit is required to reserve your program!!  No payment or credit card number is required to hold dates.  In general, spring program reservations have a November 1 deposit due date, summer reservation deposits are due February 1, and fall program deposits are due shortly before your program date.  We are flexible, though, and will find a reasonable date to suit your needs if the standard dates do not.

Once you have an idea of your numbers, dates, and preferred program, you can fill out our online “Book Now” form, call us at 305-451-1139 extension 1, or email me directly at coordinator@marinelab.org

Oh, and we have free brochures and posters available to mail to you to help promote the trip and get your students and chaperones excited about MarineLab!

Does it sound easy?  That’s because it is!  We look forward to working with you soon!
